Stratford Upon Avon Thursday Netball Update 9th April

Week thirteen of the Stratford Upon Avon Thursday Netball brought another enjoyable evening of action, with teams continuing to show great effort and teamwork on court.

Netchix put in a strong performance against The Chillies, securing a 30–11 win with confident play and good organisation throughout. The Chillies kept battling and showed plenty of determination, with Becky Adkins standing out and earning Most Valued Player for the week thanks to her energy, movement, and all-round contribution.

The Shooters also had a successful game against Meon Warriors, taking a 30–10 victory. Their accuracy and teamwork helped them build momentum, while the Warriors continued to work hard and support each other across the match.

One of the closest games of the evening saw Vale Queens and Meon Mermaids share the points in a well-matched 10–10 draw. Both teams played with great spirit, making it an exciting and evenly contested game from start to finish.

As the season heads towards its final week, it continues to showcase positive competition and strong team spirit. With every team contributing to an enjoyable atmosphere, there’s plenty to look forward to as the campaign reaches its conclusion.
