Week 11 of the Stratford Upon Avon Thursday Netball brought another evening of competitive matches, with teams continuing to show strong effort and teamwork on court.
Netchix faced Vale Queens in the first match and secured a 23–11 victory. Their consistent play helped them build a lead, while Vale Queens continued to compete throughout. Alex Finnegan of Vale Queens was named Most Valued Player this week, recognised for her performance and contribution to the game.
We then saw D Linquents take on The Chillies in a closely contested match. The Chillies came away with a narrow 12–10 win, with both teams playing well in a tight encounter.
In the final match, Meon Mermaids played against Meon Warriors. Meon Warriors earned an 18–10 win, with both teams showing determination across the court.
As the season moves towards its later stages, teams will be looking to build on their performances and maintain consistency. With more matches still to come, there is plenty to play for.
