In the heart-stomping second week of the Lutterworth Monday Netball League, the League had everyone on the edges of their seats. This week’s games saw some fierce competition and high-energy performances, confirming that the season is far from predictable.

Ashby Lane Adventures found themselves on the back foot when the Netchicks snapped up a 23-5 victory. The Netchicks demonstrated their attacking prowess, leaving their opponents with a huge mountain to climb in the coming weeks.

In another electrifying matchup, Diamonds glittered their way to a 23-12 triumph over Rose Rockets. The skill and precision displayed by the Diamonds were truly remarkable.

The team to beat, however, remains the Bluebirds, who soared to a 29-9 win against The Shooters. Their sky-high score solidifies their position as one of the top scoring teams in the League.

In a closely contested match, Troubleshooters managed to outscore TopShots 18-10. The game was a treat for fans of both teams as they showcased nail-biting play till the final whistle.

The star of the week was undoubtedly Holly Waterfield from Pivot Panthers. Her exceptional skills and on-court leadership led her to be recognized as the most valued player of the week. Waterfield's performance was a shining example of the talent this league has to offer.
