Loughborough Sunday Netball Update - Week 13

Loughborough Sunday Netball League Brings the Energy and Fun

It was another fantastic evening at the Loughborough Sunday Netball League, with plenty of smiles, great teamwork and some brilliant moments on court in week 13.

Netflicks & Skills faced Ball Handlers in a closely contested match that had everyone cheering right until the final whistle. It was a tight game throughout, with Ball Handlers just edging ahead 9–8. Gina Carrelli-Lewis from Netflicks & Skills delivered a standout performance and earned well-deserved recognition for her efforts on the night.

High Hoops found their rhythm in their game against Sunday Best, putting together some lovely passages of play and strong shooting to secure a 23–3 win. It was a great example of confident teamwork and positive energy from start to finish.

Pass and Sass also had a strong outing, working hard in both defence and attack to come away with a 15–7 win over Luffly Ladies. Their communication and movement around the court really made the difference.

The final match of the evening saw Lough Struck take on Trix & Shots in another enjoyable contest. With end-to-end play and plenty of encouragement from teammates, Lough Struck finished ahead 13–10 to round off a great night of netball.

As the season continues, it’s brilliant to see players supporting one another, improving each week and enjoying the social side of the game just as much as the action on court. The atmosphere continues to be welcoming, supportive and full of community spirit.
