The Light Hall School was abuzz with excitement, energy, and camaraderie this past Sunday. Week 4 of the social netball season was in full swing, welcoming players of all experience levels for an evening filled with fun, teamwork, and a love for the game. The atmosphere was infectious, as both seasoned players and newcomers stepped onto the court, not just to play but to celebrate the spirit of netball.

We saw the Tidbury Tornados lock horns with Sparks. While the final whistle saw a score of 20-13 in favour of Sparks, the numbers hardly told the full story. The game was marked by exceptional teamwork, commitment, and sportsmanship from both sides. The positive energy was palpable, and the spirit in which the game was played was a testament to the friendly atmosphere of social netball.

The next game involved The Evergreens and Spice Goals. The game ended with a score of 10-4 in favour of Spice Goals. The teams showed great determination and positive spirit throughout the match. Their enjoyment was evident in their swift passes, interceptions, and friendly banter that filled the court, creating an atmosphere that was as vibrant as the game itself.

This week's Most Valued Player was Sue Leighton from The Evergreens. Her enthusiasm was contagious and her movement around the court was as graceful as it was effective. Her contribution to the game was not only appreciated by her teammates but also acknowledged and admired by her opponents.
