Solihull Sunday Netball Update 8th February

The Solihull Sunday netball concluded its 10-week season, in a thrilling display of agility, teamwork, and determination. We saw the teams battling it out, offering up nail-biting finishes and heart-stopping action to the very end.

Solihull Sparks ignited the court with a blistering performance, defeating Pocket Rockets 22-13. Their gameplay earned them the crown with a remarkable total of 17 points from 8 spectacular wins. Other teams in the division also demonstrated tremendous grit, with the Pink Panthers showing particular resilience despite a challenging 8-24 loss to Solihull Sirens.

The Roses bloomed brightly, outscoring Give Us A Shot 15-2.  Meanwhile, the riveting match between Throw And Go and Spice Goals ended with a tight score line of 8-9, showcasing the great competition.

This week's standout player was Jenny Wightman from Pink Panthers. Her sterling performance and indomitable spirit singled her out as the most valued player this week.

As we wrap up the final week of the season, we celebrate not just the winners Solihull Sparks, but every team and player that displayed remarkable sportsmanship and determination. Their efforts have brought life to the Sunday netball and excitement to every game, leaving fans eagerly anticipating the next season. The Solihull Sunday Netball truly brought a sporting spectacle to our Sundays, and we can't wait to see what the next season brings.
