Solihull Sunday Netball Update 23rd November

The excitement was palpable as the Solihull Sunday Netball season started with some electrifying games. 

In the first matches of the season, the Tidbury Tornados showcased their force by securing a victory over the Pocket Rockets with a scoreline of 27-8. This win sets the Tornados as a formidable team to challenge in the coming weeks.

However, the evening was not devoid of intense nail-biting clashes. The Y Nots and Solihull Sirens locked horns in an exhilarating match, resulting in the Sirens emerging victorious with a score of 20-13. Despite the defeat, The Y Nots' standout player, Chloe Belshaw, shone on the court. Her exceptional gameplay and contributions earned her the title of Most Valued Player of the week. A title well-deserved indeed!

The final match for the evening saw the Solihull Sparks ignite their season with a win against the Pink Panthers, ending the game at 22-4. 

As the season has only just started, these first matches set the stage for some thrilling netball action in the forthcoming weeks. The teams will undoubtedly be looking to either maintain their winning momentum or turn their initial setbacks into comebacks. It’s all to play for in the Solihull Sunday Netball.
