Solihull Sunday Netball Update 12th April

Week eight of the Solihull Sunday Netball brought another enjoyable round of matches, with plenty of energy, teamwork, and positive play on display.

Sparks delivered a strong performance to take a 16–4 win over The Evergreens. Their consistent play helped them build momentum, while The Evergreens showed great determination and worked hard throughout the match.

Solihull Sirens also had a good result, securing a 15–9 victory against Spice Goals. Both teams brought great energy to the court, making it an engaging and competitive game.

One of the closest matches of the day saw The Y Nots edge a narrow 12–11 win over Roses. It was a well-matched contest, with both teams battling for every point right until the final whistle.

Pocket Rockets put in a great performance to win 20–5 against No Direction, showing strong teamwork and control throughout the game. Tidbury Tornados also enjoyed a good result, coming away with a 24–10 victory over Pink Panthers.

A special mention goes to Elise Woodley from Roses, who was named Most Valued Player for her excellent all-round performance. Her movement, skill, and teamwork stood out in a closely fought match.

Overall, it was another positive and enjoyable week of netball, with all teams contributing to a great atmosphere. As the season continues, there’s plenty to look forward to, with more exciting and competitive matches ahead.
