Droylsden Thursday Week 6 - 5/3/26

Last night witnessed some spectacular action at Droylsden Thursday, as week 6 of the League season unfolded, bringing with it a slew of intense matches and phenomenal performances.

Not to be outdone, Thunderstruck stormed their way to an impressive 15-6 victory over Zero Chill. The match was a showcase of Thunderstruck's exceptional talent, as they never wavered. Their top scorer displayed incredible agility and precision, contributing greatly to their victory.

Pivot Grigio, a team renowned for its strategic gameplay and solid defence, showed their prowess by winning against the Headliners with a 26-9 scoreline. The team's offensive strategy was on full display, with their top scorer impressively striking goal after goal.

In a tightly contested match, Ctrl Alt Defeat managed to secure a 9-5 win over Lionesses. Though the Lionesses fought bravely, Ctrl Alt Defeat's superior ball control and strategic gameplay came through in the end. Their top scorer proved too much for the Lionesses defence, as they clinched the match for their team.

Meanwhile, Get Net Or Die Tryin and Kiss My Pass served up the most nail-biting match of the evening, with Kiss My Pass narrowly edging out a victory at 13-12. The game was a thrilling back-and-forth with both teams' top scorers battling it out until the last whistle.

The League division of the Droylsden Thursday continues to provide an exhilarating display of skill, teamwork and determination. All eyes are now on week 7 as the teams prepare for another round of gripping matches.
