In the heart of Tamworth, within the welcoming grounds of Landau Forte Academy QEMS, a convivial atmosphere of camaraderie and sportsmanship filled the air. The lights sparkled over the netball court, setting the stage for Week 7 of the social netball season. It was an evening where players of all experience levels came together, creating a delightful blend of learning, sportsmanship, and community spirit.

Our first match of the evening featured Sunday Thunder and Nets Get Physical. The two teams showed a wonderful demonstration of teamwork and commitment, with Sunday Thunder finishing the game with a score of 20-7. Regardless of the score, both teams displayed fantastic energy and the game was played in the best of spirits, truly a representation of what our social netball nights are all about.

In the second match, Tamagotchis and Shoot For It took to the court. Despite a close and friendly match, Shoot For It came out with a final score of 7-3. The positivity on display was infectious, with both teams demonstrating an undeniable love for the sport.

The third match was played between No Hope United and Slamworth. With a final score of 18-2 in favor of Slamworth, the game was a testament to the dedication shown by both teams. Their sportsmanship and positive energy created an enjoyable environment, contributing to the overall warm atmosphere.

The vibrancy of the evening was highlighted by the performance of Jenna Wright from Tamagotchis. As the Most Valued Player, Jenna’s enthusiasm and movement around the court were as noticeable as her sportsmanship. Her positive contribution was appreciated by teammates and opponents alike, serving as an inspiration to us all.

Looking ahead to Week 8, we're excited for another evening of friendly social netball. It's more than just a game – it’s about keeping active, meeting new people, and developing netball skills in a supportive environment. Whatever your level of experience, we look forward to welcoming you back to Landau Forte Academy QEMS for another wonderful evening of netball.
