Our third week of the season kicked off with an incredibly enjoyable evening of social netball at the Landau Forte Academy QEMS. The atmosphere was buzzing with enthusiasm, camaraderie, and a shared love for the game. Players of all experience levels participated, creating a welcoming environment that further enriched the beauty of the sport.

In the first match of the Division 1 group, Slamworth embraced the spirit of the game and showcased a fantastic level of commitment. Despite the score settling at 11-7 in favor of Slamworth, Sunday Thunder demonstrated sportsmanship of the highest order. The game was played with great spirit, and the positive energy from both teams was palpable.

Next was an engaging match between No Hope United and the Tamagotchis. Both teams showcased their teamwork and dedication to the game. With a final score of 16-9, No Hope United ended the match on a cheerful note, but not without acknowledging the remarkable efforts of the Tamagotchis.

The last match saw Nets Get Physical and Shoot For It share the court. As the scores read 15-4 in favor of Shoot For It, their teamwork and dynamic play were commendable. Nets Get Physical, living up to their name, exhibited unmatched energy and passion throughout the game.

A special mention must be made for the Most Valued Player of the week, Donna Mann from Shoot For It. Her enthusiasm on the court was infectious.
