Play in the Tamworth Sunday you play netball league

The Landau Forte Academy QEMS was buzzing with excitement on the eighth week of our social netball season. Players of all experience levels came together to enjoy a fun-filled evening of camaraderie, teamwork, and most importantly, netball. It was heartwarming to see the welcoming atmosphere that is so characteristic of our community club.

The first match of the evening saw Net Into The Groove face off against Sunday Thunder. The game finished with Sunday Thunder scoring 15 and Net Into The Groove scoring 4. There was an abundance of teamwork, commitment, and sportsmanship from both teams. The positive energy was palpable, the game was thoroughly enjoyed by all and was played in the best of spirits.

Following the first game was a close contest between Nets Get Physical and Shoot For It, with Shoot For It scoring 12 to Nets Get Physical's 9. The game was marked by a wonderful display of unity and an unwavering commitment to the sport. It was indeed a pleasure to witness such an enjoyable game played with so much gusto.

Then came Nets Go Girls against No Hope United, with Nets Go Girls scoring a significant 22 points against No Hope United's 1 point. Although the scoreline was a bit lopsided, it was a game filled with positive energy and a display of true sportsmanship.

A special mention must go to the Most Valued Player of the week, Lara Lewis from Nets Get Physical. Lara’s enthusiasm and exceptional movement around the court did not go unnoticed. Her positive contribution was greatly appreciated by her teammates and opponents alike. She is truly an epitome of sportsmanship and team spirit.

Looking ahead, we can't wait to see everyone for Week 9. Another evening of friendly social netball awaits us all. It's not just about the game, it's about keeping active, meeting new people, and developing our netball skills in a supportive environment. Here's to another enjoyable evening of netball next week at the Landau Forte Academy QEMS. Remember, it's not about winning or losing, it's about the love of the game.
