There was a wonderful buzz in the air as the evening descended on Landau Forte Academy Amington for Week 3 of the social netball season. Players from all walks of life and experience levels came together in a friendly and welcoming environment to enjoy a fun-filled night of netball. The atmosphere was alive with camaraderie and laughter, creating an uplifting backdrop to the games.

The first match saw Smokin Aces sharing the court with Disco Divas. The game ended in a scoreline of 9 - 22 favoring the Disco Divas. Both teams demonstrated fantastic teamwork and commitment. The positive energy was palpable and the game was played in great spirit, much to the delight of everyone present.

The Big B's and Warrior Queens also had their fair share of the limelight, putting on an energetic display of netball. Warrior Queens concluded the game with a score of 18 - 6. Their sportsmanship was commendable, and the level of enjoyment and spirit they displayed on the court was infectious.

The Warriors and Ball Saints also put on a spectacular show. With a ending score of 18 - 7 to The Warriors, both teams left the court with smiles on their faces, having enjoyed the game immensely.

Adding to the lively evening, Rowdy Rockets went head to head with Hippie Chicks, ending the game with a score of 11 - 14 in favour of the Hippie Chicks. The match was filled with a fun, positive energy that radiated throughout the venue.

Nets Go Girls and Hoops were the last to grace the court with their enthusiasm and team spirit. Hoops ended the game with a score of 19 - 10. The game was enjoyed by all, reflecting the essence of social netball.

A special mention goes to Leigh-anne Smith from Disco Divas, who was awarded the Most Valued Player of the week. Her enthusiasm and movement around the court were remarkable and her positive contribution was appreciated by teammates and opponents alike.

As we look forward to Week 4, we are excited about another evening of friendly social netball. It's not just about keeping active, but also about meeting new people and developing netball skills in a supportive environment. Back to Netball offers a warm and friendly atmosphere, where everyone is welcome and every game is a celebration of sportsmanship and camaraderie.
