Play in the Tamworth Monday You Play Netball League
Week 2 at Landau Forte Academy Amington was another fantastic evening of social netball, with plenty of smiles, laughter and great team spirit on display. It was wonderful to see players of all abilities enjoying the game, making new friends and having fun on court in the welcoming atmosphere that makes our Monday league so special.
The evening got underway with The Hoops taking on Rowdy Rockets. Both teams played with great energy and determination, supporting each other throughout the game, with The Hoops taking the win after an enjoyable match.
Next up were Ball Saints and Nets Go Girls. It was another entertaining game, with both teams showing fantastic teamwork, encouragement and sportsmanship from the first whistle to the last.
Hippie Chicks then faced Smokin Aces in a lively fixture. Both teams gave it their all, playing with plenty of enthusiasm and keeping the positive atmosphere going throughout the game.
Disco Divas and The Big B's were next on court, producing another fun and competitive match. There was lots of encouragement, great passing and brilliant teamwork from both sides.
The evening finished with Warrior Queens taking on The Warriors. It was a great way to end the night, with both teams showing fantastic effort, determination and the friendly spirit that social netball is all about.
A huge congratulations goes to this week's Most Valued Player, Katie Stubbs from Nets Go Girls. Katie's enthusiasm, movement around the court and positive attitude made her a standout player on the night. A very well-deserved MVP – well done, Katie!
A big thank you to all of our players, umpires and supporters for making Monday nights such a brilliant place to be. Whether you're returning to netball after years away or playing every week, it's fantastic to see everyone enjoying themselves and supporting one another.
We can't wait to welcome everyone back for Week 3 for another evening of fun, fitness and friendly social netball. See you all on court next Monday!
