What an incredible evening it was at Landau Forte Academy Amington! It was indeed week 18 of our social netball season, where players of all skill levels came together to enjoy a night filled with camaraderie, sportsmanship, and most importantly, netball. The atmosphere was truly welcoming, with each team offering encouragement and support to one another, embodying the spirit of the game.

The first match saw the Hoops playing against the Ball Saints. Displaying exceptional teamwork and commitment, the Ball Saints ended the evening with a score of 28, while the Hoops scored 11. Both teams played with vigor and positivity, truly making it a match to remember.

Then came the Nets Go Girls against the Hippie Chicks. The Hippie Chicks finished the game with 12 points, and Nets Go Girls with 4. It was a game filled with energy, demonstrating the true spirit of netball.

The match between the Rowdy Rockets and Disco Divas was next. Disco Divas scored 28 while the Rowdy Rockets scored 8. The game was a delightful display of sportsmanship, where the collective efforts of each player shone brightly.

The Smokin Aces and the Warrior Queens' match was also a spectacle. Warrior Queens ended the game with 23 points, while Smokin Aces scored 16. The positive energy from both teams was palpable, making it a game played in great spirit.

The final match of the evening was between The Big B's and The Warriors. The Warriors scored 27 points, with The Big B's ending with 8. Played in true netball spirit, the game was an enjoyable event for both players and spectators alike.

A special mention goes to Lindsay Minton from the Ball Saints for her incredible enthusiasm and movement around the court. Her positive contribution was admired by her teammates and opponents alike, embodying the true spirit of Back to Netball.

As we look forward to week 19 and another evening of friendly social netball, let's remember why we're here - to stay active, to meet new people, and to develop our netball skills in a supportive environment.
