Last night marked the onset of the new season for the Tamworth Monday Night Netball league. The division named League already showed some thrilling performances on the court.

The league started with a bang with six teams going head-to-head in thrilling encounters. Warrior Queens faced a tough loss against Ball Saints, ending the match at 9-17. Disco Divas managed to secure a win against The Warriors with a score of 20-14. In a closely contested match, The Big B`s were defeated by Hippie Chicks with a mere 3 points difference, the final score being 9-12.

Smokin Aces and Rowdy Rockets both claimed victories against Hoops and Nets Go Girls respectively. Smokin Aces was the top scorer of the division this week, scoring a whopping 28 points against Hoops' 16. The Rowdy Rockets edged out Nets Go Girls in an adrenaline-pumped face-off ending 18-16.

However, the star of the week was none other than Tyler Banner from Hippie Chicks. Despite the intense competition, Banner's outstanding performance stood out, earning him the title of the most valued player of the week. The athlete showed exceptional skill and strategy, contributing significantly to his team's victory.
