In the electrifying week 2 of the Tamworth Monday netball league, the League witnessed some fiercely competitive matches, leading to some unexpected outcomes that have changed the course of the season.

In the League, The Warriors exhibited a dominant performance, storming past Hoops with an impressive 18-4 victory. The Big B's faced off against Nets Go Girls in a nail-biting encounter, eventually securing a hard-fought triumph with a score of 12-7. However, the game of the week was arguably between the Warrior Queens and Ball Saints. Despite a valiant effort, the Queen's ended up on the losing side with Ball Saints emerging as winners, 16-11.

In another extraordinary match, Smokin Aces fell short against the mighty Blue Lightning, who thundered their way to a 30-10 victory, marking the highest score of the week. To top off the evening, the Rowdy Rockets and the Hippie Chicks fought to a thrilling 7-7 draw, highlighting the competitive nature of the league.

The star of the week was undoubtedly Georgie Loveday-cotton of the Rowdy Rockets. Her remarkable performance earned her the coveted title of 'Most Valued Player.'
