Week 7 of our social netball season at Ellowes Hall Sports College was another fantastic evening filled with fun, teamwork, and plenty of positive energy. The welcoming atmosphere brought together players of all abilities, from those returning to the sport to regular players, all enjoying the chance to get active, meet new people, and share their love for netball.

Dudley Dynamos and Velocity got the evening underway with a great game full of enthusiasm and teamwork. Both teams showed fantastic commitment and encouragement throughout, creating an enjoyable match played in the true spirit of social netball.

Goal Diggers and The Terri-balls followed with another brilliant fixture. Both teams displayed excellent sportsmanship, supported one another on court, and enjoyed a competitive but friendly game that highlighted the fantastic atmosphere within the league.

Pocket Rockets and Super Troopers rounded off the evening with another enjoyable match. There was plenty of teamwork, determination, and smiles from both sides, with everyone contributing to a great night of netball.

A special mention goes to our Most Valued Player of the Week, Diane Parsons from Super Troopers. Diane’s enthusiasm, movement around the court, and positive attitude really stood out, with her contribution being recognised by both teammates and opponents. A well-deserved achievement!

As we look ahead to Week 8, we can’t wait to welcome everyone back for another evening of friendly social netball. Whether you’re returning to the sport, looking to meet new people, or trying netball for the first time, our league is all about creating a fun, supportive, and encouraging environment where everyone can enjoy the game.
