Play in the Birmingham Wednesday You Play Netball Social League

The King Edwards VI Northfield School for Girls transformed into a hub of activity and camaraderie for Week 4 of the social netball season. The evening air hummed with excitement and kinship, as individuals of varying experience levels came together for a great evening of netball. The welcoming atmosphere could be felt throughout the court, with smiles and laughter echoing under the floodlights.

The first match saw Spice Goals and Game Of Throws enjoy an energetic game, ending with a score of 27-12. Both teams demonstrated a tremendous display of teamwork and commitment, with each player contributing positively to the game. The camaraderie and sportsmanship were genuinely heartwarming.

The spirit of the evening continued with Chafing Dreams taking on the Incredi-balls. Despite the scoreline finishing at 10-2, the atmosphere remained positive and upbeat. Both teams played with such a vibrant energy that the score was secondary to the enjoyment of the game.

In the third game, Ballin Baddies and Goal Diggers played an engaging match. With a final score of 30-3, every player on the court showed an admirable level of sportsmanship. The game was played in good spirits, and the positive energy was palpable.

Rednal Roses and Pocket Rockets wrapped up the evening with a score of 18-11. Despite the chilly night, the warmth of the players' enthusiasm and positive energy ignited the court, making it an enjoyable game played in great spirit.

A special mention goes to Nikki Gauntlett from Incredi-balls who was celebrated as the Most Valued Player of the week. Nikki's infectious enthusiasm and dynamic movement around the court were appreciated by teammates and opponents alike. Her positive contribution to the game did not go unnoticed.

Looking ahead to Week 5, the anticipation is already building for the next evening of friendly social netball. This is not just about keeping active; it's about meeting new people, developing netball skills, and enjoying an inclusive and supportive environment. Everyone is already excited to come back to the court for another fun-filled evening of social netball.
