Birmingham Wednesday Netball Update - Week 11

Week 11 of the Birmingham Wednesday Netball League brought another enjoyable evening of action, teamwork, and great spirit on court.

There were some fantastic performances across the board. Goal Diggers delivered a strong display to earn a 24–8 win over Ballin Baddies, showing great communication and teamwork throughout the match.

One of the closest games of the night came between Incredi-balls and Chafing Dreams. It was a real back-and-forth contest, with Chafing Dreams just edging it 7–6 in a match that kept everyone watching right until the final whistle.

Spice Goals also had a great game, putting in a confident performance to secure a 26–4 win against Game Of Throws. Meanwhile, Rednal Roses and Pocket Rockets played out a tightly contested match, with Rednal Roses just taking the win 11–10 in a brilliant display from both teams.

A special mention goes to Katelyn Clason from Incredi-balls, who was named Most Valued Player this week. Her energy, movement, and positive influence on the court really stood out.

More than anything, the evening highlighted the fun, effort, and sportsmanship shown by all teams. With just one week left to play, there’s plenty to look forward to as the season wraps up.
