In an exciting conclusion to the Birmingham Wednesday 7-a-side Netball League, the Spice Goals emerged victorious in the Premier League division. In a season full of high stakes and thrilling matches, the climax did not disappoint, with the league witnessing some astounding performances. This was the 18th and final week of the season, and the excitement was palpable.

In the Premier League division, the Spice Goals came out on top with an impressive 36 points, with 18 wins in their pocket. They dominated the field, showcasing their prowess and skill in a stellar performance against Pocket Rockets, outscoring them 20 to 11.

However, it wasn't all about the Spice Goals. The week saw some thrilling matches. Netball Rail showed us their mettle by defeating Ballin Baddies 20 to 6, while Rogue Angels soared high, crushing She's A Keeper 26 to 6. Purple Reign made their presence felt with an overwhelming 27 to 4 victory over Chafing Dreams. The Rednal Roses and See You Nets Wednesday gave us a nail-biter of a match, ending in an 8 - 8 draw.

The star player of the week was none other than Lucy Jackson of Ballin Baddies. Despite her team’s loss, Lucy stood out for her impressive play, earning her the title of the most valued player of the week. A testament to the fact that, in sports, individual brilliance can shine even in the face of defeat.
