In the heart of an exciting second week of the Kidsgrove Sunday Netball League, we witnessed a sporting spectacle that will be etched into the league's history. Within the most sought-after division, netball enthusiasts were treated to a thrilling lineup of matches, which saw talent and sportsmanship shine through under the spotlights.

First off, the team Girls Just Want To Have Fun and Net Set Go clashed on the court in an electrifying duel. Girls Just Want To Have Fun triumphed with a notable score of 13-1. This victory was a testament to their playing style and strategic prowess on court.

In the second fixture, No Turning Back showed their mettle against Catch You Later, securing a resounding 16-6 victory. Comeback stories always resonate, and this was no exception. No Turning Back, certainly lived up to their name, proving that they are a force to be reckoned with.

Onto the third match of the night, which saw Hot Shots take on On The Attack! on a high-stakes battlefield. Hot Shots surged ahead with a commanding 10-2 victory, thereby asserting their talent in the competition.

However, amidst the high scorer teams, one player stood out among the rest. This week's Most Valued Player title was snapped up by Sophie Hockenhull from On The Attack! With her outstanding skills and extraordinary performance, Hockenhull proved to be a beacon of talent and determination. Despite the team's loss this week, her performance was indeed a silver lining and a promise of exciting games in the upcoming weeks.
