Kidsgrove Sunday Social Netball Update 9th November

In a captivating week 2 of the Kidsgrove Sunday Netball League, the tension was electrifying. The Premier League division witnessed exciting bouts and commendable performances from all teams, with Ruby Gjerstad of Catch You Later shining as the Most Valued Player.


In the heart-stopping confrontation between Born To Play and Catch You Later, Born To Play emerged victorious with a final score of 10-6. Although Ruby Gjerstad, for Catch You Later was nominated as the Most Valued Player, despite their loss her impressive agility on the court was impressive.


Meanwhile, Its My Ball! took to the court against Girls Just Want To Have Fun, finishing the game with an outstanding 15-4 victory. The scoreline does not do justice to the effort and sportsmanship offered by Girls Just Want To Have Fun but their time will surely come. They showed great enthusiasm and will surely be a force to be reckoned with over the next few weeks.


The clash between On The Attack! and No Turning Back was no less thrilling, ending in a 7-4 victory for No Turning Back. The team's strategy and quick decision-making were commendable, resulting in an exciting match.


As we approach the third week of the Kidsgrove Sunday Netball League, we anticipate further exhilarating performances, especially from Premier League teams, and look forward to seeing if Ruby Gjerstad can continue her reign as the Most Valued Player.
