Kidderminster Sunday Netball League - Week 6

The social netball scene was buzzing at Kidderminster last Sunday evening with the joyous spirit of Week 6 of the season. Filled with good cheer, a welcoming atmosphere, and plenty of fun, the court saw players of all experience levels jumping, dodging, and passing in perfect harmony. The feeling of friendly competition was in the air, but above all, the night was filled with an overwhelming sense of camaraderie and sportsmanship.

The first match of the evening saw Nets Go Girl share the court with Throwbusters. Both teams demonstrated commitment and teamwork, netting an impressive scoreline showcasing each team's talent. Nets Go Girl finished the game with a score of 4, while Throwbusters managed to score 8 points. Despite the score difference, both teams walked off the court with smiles on their faces, exemplifying the positive energy that encapsulates social netball.

The subsequent match saw Seven Sisters tied with Take The Shot in an exhilarating contest ending in a 14-14 draw. The game was a beautiful display of sportsmanship and determination from both teams. Every player contributed to the match, ensuring an enjoyable game played in great spirit.

A special mention goes out to Kelle Westwood from Nets Go Girl who took home the Most Valued Player of the week. Westwood's swift movements across the court, enthusiastic play and positive contributions were not only appreciated by her teammates but also admired by their opponents. Westwood truly embodied the spirit of friendly and social netball.

As we look ahead to Week 7, we eagerly anticipate another evening of friendly social netball. Whether it's about keeping active, meeting new people, or developing your netball skills in a supportive environment, Kidderminster is the place to be.
