Kenilworth Sunday Netball Update 28th September

In a thrilling night of netball action, week four of Kenilworth Sunday netball saw battles of wits and agility with the season showcasing the creme de la creme of the local netball talent.  A warm welcome to our new team 'Leopard Queens'.

The exhilarating match between Bellestars and Cherry Bombs was the talk of the town. Being neck-and-neck throughout the game, Bellestars finally edged the Cherry Bombs by a single point, finishing off with a nerve-wracking score of 16-15. The sheer tenacity and determination displayed by both teams left spectators at the edge of their seats.

In another closely contested game, Sweaty Betty's managed to scrape past the Hot Shoots with a narrow victory of 17-16. The match was a testament to the close competition on a Sunday, with every goal having the potential to swing the game.

In the last game of the night Pink Parrots, took on our new team Leopard Queens.  Pink Parrots swift moves and strategic gameplay were too much for Leopard Queens with a final score of 18-3.  However, fun was had by all which it is all about.

In the midst of the competition, Sarah Walters from Hot Shoots emerged as the most valued player of the week. Despite her team's narrow defeat, Walters showcased exceptional skill and sportsmanship on the court. Her impeccable timing and accuracy were key to her team's strong fight against Sweaty Betty's.
