On Tuesday evening, Week 15 of the current season, John Ferneley College's netball court came alive with the friendly chatter and laughter of social netball players. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with players of all experience levels coming together for an enjoyable night of netball.

We saw Girls Just Wanna Have Fun play against Rule Breakers. Both teams displayed excellent teamwork and commitment, making for an exhilarating game. The final whistle saw Girls Just Wanna Have Fun finishing the game with a score of 13-5. Despite the score, both teams expressed their enjoyment of the game and praised the sportsmanship and positive energy on the court.

We also saw had Give Us A Shot taking on In Formation. The match was played in great spirit, with both teams showcasing their netball skills. Give Us A Shot finished the game with a score of 16-12, a testament to their positive energy and commitment. Both teams revelled in the experience, proving once again that it's the joy of the game that makes social netball so appealing.

A special mention must be made for our Most Valued Player of the week, Charlotte Kemp from Never Give Up. She dazzled the crowds with her enthusiasm, exquisite movement around the court, and her positive contribution to the game. Both teammates and opponents alike appreciated her skill and passion, making her a worthy recipient of this week's recognition.

Looking ahead, we are all excited for Week 16 and the next evening of social netball. We can't wait to see everyone back on the court, keeping active, meeting new people, and further developing their netball skills in our supportive and friendly environment. Because at the end of the day, it's not about the score, it's about the love of the game, the camaraderie, and the shared smiles that make these evenings so special.
