Melton Mowbray Tuesday Netball Update 17th February

Melton Mowbray’s Tuesday Night Netball competition returned for Week 10 of the season, with teams taking to the court for another enjoyable round of matches. The evening featured plenty of positive play and strong team performances throughout.

The night began with In Formation claiming a 9–5 win against Give Us A Shot. Accurate shooting and solid defensive work proved key, although both teams showed commendable effort throughout.

Next, The Mowbos delivered a confident performance against Rule Breakers, earning a 15–5 victory. Their organised approach and consistent teamwork helped them maintain control of the game from start to finish.

Elsewhere, Total Meltdown recorded a 9–1 win over Never Give Up in a match that highlighted disciplined defence and well-taken shooting opportunities. A standout moment came from Michelle Eudall of Never Give Up, whose impressive individual performance earned her the title of Player of the Week.

In another fixture, Girls Just Wanna Have Fun secured a narrow 9–7 win over The Fun Bunch. Both sides showed great determination and teamwork, but Girls Just Wanna Have Fun managed to edge ahead in the closing stages to take the result.

Each match reflected the commitment and enthusiasm on display across the competition. As the season moves into its final weeks, teams will be aiming to finish strongly and continue building momentum.
