Thrilling Week 8 in the Hucknall Tuesday Netball League

Week 8 of the Hucknall Tuesday Netball League, powered by You Play Netball, brought another brilliant evening of competitive and enjoyable netball.

There was plenty of energy on court as teams gave it their all and produced some great passages of play. Hoopsy Daisys and Winging It shared an entertaining and closely fought match, with both sides battling hard and keeping the game competitive throughout.

One of the standout games of the night saw Hotshots take on Netsetters in a lively contest that had plenty of exciting moments. Hotshots showed strong teamwork and confidence, putting in a really impressive performance.

Across the league, the quality of netball continues to grow each week, with teams communicating well, supporting each other and showing great determination on court.

This week’s Player of the Week was Liz Ellis from Phoenix. Liz delivered an excellent all-round performance, showing great awareness, movement and skill. Her effort and attitude made a real difference and earned her well-deserved recognition.

With another exciting week completed, we’re already looking forward to the next round of fixtures. The Hucknall Tuesday league continues to be a fantastic mix of friendly competition and community spirit.
