Play in the Hucknall Tuesday Netball league powered by You Play Netball

The inaugural week saw some nail-biting matches that kept the spectators on the edge of their seats. League powerhouses Netsetters and Hoopsy Daisys clashed in a thrilling face-off, with Netsetters scraping a narrow 8-6 win, setting the tone for the competitive season ahead.

Meanwhile, Phoenix and Hotshots battled it out in an evenly contested match that ended in a 5-5 draw. With both teams showing immense grit and determination, it's clear that there's everything to play for as the season progresses.

But it was the encounter between Winging It and Nets Go Girls that had everyone talking. Nets Go Girls pulled off a spectacular 12-10 victory over Winging It, making them the top scorers for this week in the League division.

The star of the week was undoubtedly Claire Staniforth from Phoenix. Demonstrating exceptional skill and finesse, her performance was instrumental in securing the draw for her team. Recognized for her stellar gameplay, she rightly earned the title of the Most Valued Player of the week.

The Hucknall Tuesday Netball League has started on a high note, promising high-level competition and outstanding netball in the coming weeks. With the top scorers setting the bar high, fans are eager to see how the rest of the season unfolds in the  League.
