A Fun Week 2 in the Havant Sunday Netball League

Week 2 of the Havant Sunday Netball League brought another enjoyable round of fixtures, with teams continuing to build momentum and settle into the season.

Super Troopers faced Spice Goals in a well-contested match, with both sides showing good teamwork and determination throughout. Spice Goals came away with a 19–11 win, but Super Troopers can take plenty of positives from their performance as they continue to grow together as a team.

In the other game, Niki’s Nutters found a strong rhythm against Thunder Cats, securing a 33–14 victory. Their movement and passing flowed well on the day, while Thunder Cats kept working hard and showed great effort from start to finish.

A special mention goes to Becki Howell of The Bib Babes, who was named Most Valuable Player for her excellent all-round performance. Her contribution on court stood out and made a real difference for her team.

It’s great to see all teams enjoying their netball, supporting each other, and improving week by week. With the season still in its early stages, there’s plenty more to look forward to as the league continues.
