As the first week of the much-anticipated Market Drayton Monday Netball league came to a close, there were some great performances on display in the Premier League division.
Kicking off the season, Sensational Sisters and Dynamo Queens delivered an enjoyable matchup. The Sisters came out on top with a score of 11 to 6, showing good team play and organisation. Despite the result, Dynamo Queens had their moment with player Lucy Knight, who was recognised as the most valued player of the week.
Lucy Knight's performance was impressive. She showed great skill on the court and contributed positively to the team's overall performance. In other Premier League action, Net Gains faced Monday Madness, with a final score of 17 to 7 in favour of Monday Madness. Both teams showed good effort, with Monday Madness putting in a strong performance.
