Stoke-on-trent Thursday Netball Update 19th February

In an exciting week 16 of the Stoke-on-Trent Thursday Netball, we saw a flurry of electrifying matches. With only two weeks left in the season, the competition is heating up.

Trent Tricksters faced a tough loss against Flames, who secured a 22-5 score line. Despite the loss, Gemma Rowley of Trent Tricksters emerged as the most valued player of the week with her exceptional performance, displaying resilience in the face of adversity.

Meanwhile, a riveting contest ensued between The Swans and Game Of Throws, resulting in an 11-11 draw. The deadlock highlighted the evenly matched competition, promising an exciting close to the season.

Hotshots secured a narrow victory against Wildcats with a final score of 12-10, showcasing their determination and skill. The Wildcats, however, showed commendable grit and are expected to bounce back in the coming weeks.

The standout match of the week was Stoke Storm versus Cherry Bombs, with the Cherry Bombs winning 24-3. Their dynamic play and strategic moves held spectators in awe and established them as a dominant force.

Pottery Pivoters made a strong statement against Netbrawlers, beating them 13-9 in a fiercely contested match. The Pivoters' precision and teamwork were on full display, making them a formidable team to reckon with.
