In the highly anticipated second week of the Stoke-on-Trent Thursday 7-a-side Netball league, several teams in the Premier League division brought their A-game, leading to a night filled with fierce competition and some impressive scores.

In the Premier League division, 'Game Of Throws' lived up to their name, throwing their weight around on the court as they dominated 'The Swans' with an impressive 16-3 victory. Undeniably, the team’s strategic planning and cohesive play played a huge part in their win, securing their spot as one of the teams to watch out for in the coming weeks.

However, the 'Flames' were not to be outdone, as they blazed their way to a 15-2 win against the 'Cherry Bombs'. Their swift passes and accurate shots were too much for the Cherry Bombs to handle, leaving the Flames atop the scoring chart for this week.

One of the most thrilling matches of the night was 'High Ballers' and 'Chaotic Misfits' with the latter clinching a 12-4 win. The High Ballers fought valiantly but the Misfits' chaotic yet effective playstyle proved too much for them to handle.

Despite the loss, 'The Swans' had a silver lining as one of their players, Nothando Munjoma, was declared the most valued player of the week. Her exceptional performance throughout the game, even amidst the tough competition, was a beacon of hope for the team.
