It was another beautiful evening at Ellowes Hall Sports College as players of various experience levels gathered for Week 3 of our social netball season. The atmosphere was a buzz of camaraderie and friendly rivalry, reminding us once again that sport is as much about community as it is about competition.

**Match Recaps**

Our first match of the evening saw the Dudley Dynamos and the Pink Ladies share the court. The Dynamos finished the night with a score of 22-5, showcasing impressive teamwork and commitment. The Pink Ladies, though not triumphant, played with admirable sportsmanship and a positively infectious energy.

Next, the Goal Diggers took on the Pocket Rockets, a game that ended with the Pocket Rockets ahead at 21-9. It was an evening of high energy and great spirit, with both teams demonstrating the true essence of netball - teamwork.

The encounter between Velocity and the Super Troopers could only be described as a dance of agility and coordination. Velocity put up a spirited effort but the Super Troopers ended the game leading with 15-6. It was an engaging game, filled with laudable determination from both sides.

The last match for the evening pitted The Terri-balls against the Tangtastics. The Tangtastics completed the game with a score of 17-9, their positive energy matching their on-court performance. The Terri-balls showed unshakeable spirit and proved that a game well played is not always defined by the final score.

**Special Mention**

A special commendation to Keeley McLaren from Super Troopers, who has been recognized as the Most Valued Player this week. Keeley’s enthusiasm and movement around the court were a joy to watch, her positive contribution not only appreciated by her teammates but also by her opponents. Her sportsmanship embodied the true values of our social netball community.
