Spice Goals lost out to Fast Break ending with a 14-2 score line. Despite this, Spice Goals' star player, Lily Harding, provided an exceptional performance, earning her the much-deserved title of the week's most valued player.

Elsewhere in the division, Court Queens took on Pivot And Pass in a match that had everyone on the edge of their seats. The Court Queens also faced Ellesmere Elites in a tantalisingly close game that ultimately ended 10-8 in favour of the Elites.

Spice Goals, who despite their earlier defeat, showcased their resilience and determination against Fast Break. However, Fast Break's managed to secure a 14-2 victory.

This week's results have paved the way for an exciting continuation of the season.
