Leicester Monday Netball League – Week 7 Round-Up

Week 7 of the Leicester Monday Netball League took place under the lights, bringing another evening of enjoyable competition and great team spirit.

Court Queens put together a confident performance against Pivot And Pass, finishing with a 25–4 win. Their strong teamwork and consistent shooting helped them build a steady lead throughout the match. Pivot And Pass continued to work hard until the final whistle, showing positivity and determination that will serve them well in the coming weeks.

Elsewhere, Ellesmere Elites secured a 9–0 victory over Spice Goals. While Spice Goals were unable to find the net on this occasion, their effort and commitment never dropped. A standout performance came from Lily Harding, whose energy and skill earned her the Most Valued Player award for the week. Her contribution was a real highlight despite the result.

In terms of scoring, Court Queens led the league with 25 goals, followed by Ellesmere Elites with nine.

Week 7 once again highlighted the competitive yet welcoming nature of the Leicester Monday Netball League. With just three weeks remaining in the season, teams will be looking to build on their performances and finish strongly.
