Droitwich Spa Monday Netball Update 2nd February

Netball fans were treated to an exciting week of action as the Droitwich Spa Monday Netball entered into its third week. The teams battled it out in an electrifying series of matches, demonstrating phenomenal athleticism and sportsmanship.

The Droitwich Diamonds were overpowered by the Droitwich Devils, with a final score of 21-3. The Devils showcased their superiority with a masterclass in attacking play that left the Diamonds struggling to keep up. Despite the loss, the Diamonds exhibited a great fighting spirit and are determined to bounce back in the next fixtures.

In another thrilling clash, Never Too Late succumbed to Rogue Angels, concluding the game with a score line of 18-11 in favour of the Angels. The match was a display of impressive defensive work and sharp shooting, keeping spectators on their toes throughout the game.

This week's most valued player honour was bestowed upon the exceptional Olivia Evans from Never Too Late. Despite her team's defeat, Evans put forth an outstanding performance, demonstrating exceptional skills on both ends of the court. Her agility, precision, and a keen eye for goal were apparent and she was a constant threat to the Angels' defence.

The top scorers showed off their sharp shooting skills proving instrumental in securing their victories. However, with Olivia Evans making her mark as a notable contender, the race to the top scorer's title surely has many twists and turns ahead.
