Play in the Droitwich Tuesday Netball league

What an enjoyable evening of social netball we've had at Droitwich this Tuesday! It was no ordinary evening, but a special one marking the 10th week of our season. The atmosphere was buzzing with energy, camaraderie and passion, as players of all experience levels took to the court to enjoy a great night of netball.

For our first match, we saw Dollie Mix and Never Too Late, culminating in a score of 20-15. Despite the score, the game was played in the highest of spirits with plenty of laughs and cheers. The commitment to the game was evident in each pass and the encouraging atmosphere added to the great energy of the game.

Next up, we Elegance and Bottoms Up play out a thrilling draw, finishing the game with a balanced score of 13-13. It was a showcase of great teamwork, commitment and sportsmanship, where teams played with a positive energy that was infectious. It was an enjoyable match demonstrating the true spirit of netball at its finest.

This week, we were delighted to shine a spotlight on our Most Valued Player, Izzy Cleaver from Saltway Shooters. Izzy’s enthusiasm and movement around the court was nothing short of inspirational. Her positive contribution to the game was appreciated by teammates and opponents alike. Izzy, your passion for the game truly embodies the spirit of our netball community.

As we approach the end of the season, we are looking forward to Week 11, our next evening of friendly social netball. We can't wait to see everyone back in action, keeping active, meeting new people, and developing their netball skills in a supportive environment.

Team Dollie Mix have led the way this season and deserve a warm mention as the season draws to a close. We’d also like to thank everyone for participating this season. Your sportsmanship and camaraderie have made this season a great success.
