In an exciting fifth week of the Droitwich Tuesday Netball, the energetic and competitive teams displayed exceptional skills and sportsmanship in their matches. The players signaled their readiness to fight for this season's title, trading goals and making remarkable plays throughout the night.
The Droitwich Devils proved too strong for Never Too Late, securing a 13-9 victory. The Devils played a smart and tenacious game, outsmarting their opponents at every turn. Never Too Late put up a strong fight, but unfortunately, couldn't overcome the Devils' robust defense and well-timed attacks.
The other game saw Dollie Mix take on the Rogue Angels. It was an edge-of-the-seat thriller, with both teams displaying top-notch netball. The Rogue Angels clinched the match 13-8, leaving Dollie Mix in their wake. Despite their loss, Dollie Mix delivered a commendable performance, hinting at a promising future.
The standout player of the week was undoubtedly Justine Bishop from the Droitwich Devils. Bishop's exceptional performance, combined with her leadership and sportsmanship, earned her the most valued player of the week. Her contributions significantly aided the Devils in their victory.
