In the latest fixtures of the Uttoxeter Sunday Social Netball League held at Denstone College, teams gathered once again for an afternoon of friendly competition and camaraderie. 

The only sour point of the evening was the outburst by a player from Goal Diggers and we will be speaking to the player regarding this as it is unacceptable behaviour and will not be tolerated.

We would also like to confirm to all teams that substitutions can only be made at half time unless there is a serious injury resulting in a player being unable to return on to the court.

Net Club Seven demonstrated their strength with a convincing 19-5 victory over Spice Goals. Despite the loss, Jodie Beardsley of Spice Goals showcased exceptional skill and determination, earning her the Player of the Match award.

Pass Me The Wine secured a 12-7 win against Toxic Ladies in a closely contested match. Both teams displayed determination and teamwork throughout the game.

Goal Diggers emerged victorious with a 19-12 win over Game Of Throw Ins, showcasing their offensive prowess and strategic play on the court.

Court Queens secured a victory in their match against Gunners, securing an impressive 11-1 victory. Their cohesive teamwork and strong defensive performance contributed to their success.

Netallica claimed a 12-5 victory over The Raiders, displaying their skill and efficiency in both attack and defense.

With their latest victory, Goal Diggers maintain their position at the top of the table on 17 points, holding a narrow 1-point lead over Net Club Seven. However, Netallica, Pass Me The Wine, and Court Queens remain within striking distance of the top two positions, keeping the competition tight and the race for the championship wide open.

As the season progresses, each team continues to showcase their dedication and passion for the sport, creating an atmosphere of friendly competition and sportsmanship. With several matches still to be played, the league remains highly competitive, and the battle for the top spots promises to be thrilling in the weeks to come.
