Uttoxeter Sunday Social Netball Update 22nd April

In the latest fixtures of the Uttoxeter Sunday Social Netball League at Denstone College, all participating teams were present, demonstrating their commitment to the sport and fostering a warm and friendly atmosphere throughout the matches. Each game was played with enthusiasm and sportsmanship, adding to the overall enjoyment of the event.

Netallica faced off against Goal Diggers in a closely contested match, with Goal Diggers ultimately emerging victorious with a final score of 12-9. Despite the loss, Kate Cockayne from Netallica stood out for her exceptional performance, earning her the Player of the Match award for her team.

Toxic Ladies secured a 13-6 victory against The Raiders, with Abbie Hodgetts delivering an outstanding performance for The Raiders. Her efforts were commendable and contributed significantly to her team's performance on the court.

In a highly anticipated matchup, Net Club Seven narrowly edged out Court Queens with a final score of 12-11. The closely fought contest could have gone either way, but it was Tracey Forster from Net Club Seven who was recognised as the Player of the Match for her stellar contributions to her team's victory.

Pass Me The Wine emerged victorious with an 11-4 win over Spice Goals, with Jodie Beardsley demonstrating resilience and determination for Spice Goals throughout the match.

In the final fixture of the day, Game Of Throw Ins showcased their dominance with a 23-5 victory over Gunners. Despite the loss, Hannah Bolam from Gunners was recognised as the Player of the Match for her commendable efforts on the court.

Despite the competitive matchups, Goal Diggers maintained their position at the top of the division, maintaining a three-point lead. The victories secured by the top three teams highlight the competitive nature of the league, promising exciting and closely contested matches in the weeks to come.
