Uttoxeter Sunday Social Netball Update 14th April

In the latest fixtures of the Uttoxeter Sunday Social Netball League held at Denstone College, the friendly and welcoming atmosphere continued to prevail, with all teams demonstrating their commitment to fair play and sportsmanship. Each match was characterised by spirited competition and mutual respect among players.

The first match saw Court Queens take on Netallica in a closely contested encounter. Despite their efforts, Court Queens narrowly fell to a 9-11 defeat against Netallica. Vicki Boothby of Court Queens put in an exceptional performance and was awarded the Player of the Match for her outstanding contributions on the court.

Goal Diggers displayed their dominance with a commanding 19-2 victory over Gunners. The team's cohesive play and skillful execution allowed them to secure another convincing win, maintaining their position at the top of the league table.

In a high-scoring match, Game Of Throw Ins faced Pass Me The Wine, with the latter emerging victorious with a 22-14 win. Hannah Thacker of Game Of Throw Ins was recognised as the Player of the Match for her stellar performance during the game.

The Raiders clinched a narrow 12-11 victory over Net Club Seven in what was described as the match of the evening. Both teams displayed determination and skill, with Nell Johnson of Net Club Seven earning the Player of the Match award for her standout performance.

Finally, Spice Goals faced off against Toxic Ladies, with Toxic Ladies emerging victorious with an 11-7 win. Anna Haley of Spice Goals showcased her talent with an impressive performance despite her team's defeat.

With Goal Diggers maintaining their position at the top of the league table, closely followed by Netallica, the competition remains fierce as teams strive for success in the ongoing season of the Uttoxeter Sunday Social Netball League.
