As the Uttoxeter Sunday Netball league heads towards the latter end of the season, the competition in the division is heating up. The week 16 games saw some exciting and nail-biting action, as teams battled it out to secure their standings.

The Goal Diggers showcased a great performance, beating Pass Me The Wine in a close call match, 17-13. The Diggers stepped up their game, scoring crucial goals to secure their lead in a thrilling showdown. Next up, The Raiders made a stunning display of their skills, securing a 20-4 victory against the Gunners. 

Spice Goals faced High Hoops in a tense matchup, with the latter triumphing 10-6. Despite the defeat, Spice Goals' Michelle Ball proved her worth by being named as the most valued player of the week. 

The week's most evenly matched game saw Hoops I Did It Again draw with Net Club Seven, seen in a 12-12 score. The game proved to be a thrilling contest, with both teams showcasing their strong defense and offense to keep the scores level.

Strong performances from teams are expected as they battle it out for the top scorers' positions in each division and is set for some intense competition. Stay tuned, folks!
