Uttoxeter's League Netball competition has now entered its 5th week, and the stakes have never been higher with teams displaying fierce competition and camaraderie. The action on the court has never been more intense, and the league results are a testament to that.

In what was a gripping contest, Net Club Seven outplayed Gunners with a 24-11 victory, demonstrating skillful strategy, and precise execution. In another match, Pass Me The Wine and High Hoops engaged in a fierce tussle with the former emerging victorious 14-10, a testament to their resilience and determination.

Meanwhile, Hoops I Did It Again managed to show their dominance over Nets In The City with a whopping 20-4 victory. The Hoops' unyielding defence paired with their agile attack outmanoeuvred the Nets, resulting in a game that was a treat to watch.

The real upset of the night, however, was the match between The Raiders and Court Queens. Expected to be a closely contested match, Court Queens managed the victory against The Raiders with a 12-6 scoreline. 

However, in the midst of the thrilling victories and heartbreaking defeats, the standout performance of the week came from The Raiders' Hannah Moses, who was named the most valued player of the week. Despite her team's result, her performance was nothing short of remarkable, displaying a mix of power, precision and a deep understanding of the game.

As we move into the forthcoming weeks of the season, the League is proving to be anything but predictable. Stay tuned to witness more thrilling matches as the teams continue to compete for the ultimate glory
