Title: "High Scores for Vipers but Otter's retain the top spot!"
The evening kicked off with a surprising match between Blue Kingfishers and Green Dragons. The Green Dragons showed their prowess, taking the game by storm with a decisive 11-1 victory over the Blue Kingfishers, whose play is improving as demonstrated by MVP Elaine! The Dragons' well-coordinated play and good shooting set the tone for the rest of the night.
Following this, the game pitting the White Swans against Otter's Pocket was a nail-biter, with the Swans just falling short of victory, finishing 4-3. Despite their loss, the Swans proved a force to be reckoned with, particularly their star player, Grace Uphill. Grace's impressive performance and strategic play earned her the accolade of 'Most Valued Player' for this week. Her contribution to the team's effort was instrumental and will undoubtedly be a significant factor in their success moving forward.
Lastly, in a high-scoring game, Violet Vipers demonstrated their dominance by beating Pink Flamingos with a score of 15-9 but it was a great score from the Flamingos with MVP going to Sam in the shooter position.
