The latest round of competition in the Daventry Tuesday Netball Premier League brought a plenitude of riveting matches, with the fifth week of the season witnessing some spectacular performances on the court.

Violet Vipers once again proved their dominance, putting on a stunning display against Otter's Pocket. The Vipers finished with a commanding 17-7 victory.  Most Valued Player went to Hayley - well played!

Meanwhile, the Pink Panthers put on a splendid show against the Blue Kingfishers, with a decisive 19-6 victory. The sheer determination of the Panthers' players was evident in their aggressive play and exceptional teamwork. As well as an increasing number of goals scored improving with each game  this season, MVP went to Bryony - congratulations!

In a close encounter, the Orange Tigerlilies managed to edge past White Swans in a nail-biting 9-7 victory. Both teams had their moments, but Tigerlilies' persistence saw them through in the end. Captain of Swans, Mia took MVP tonight for her sterling rallying of t he team.

The Green Dragons and Blue Peacocks battled to an 11-11 draw in what was undoubtedly the most exciting match of the week. Neither side could secure a win, but both teams showcased their competitive spirit throughout the game, keeping spectators on edge till the final whistle. As the result was a draw, the umpires get the honour of selecting a player of the match, rewarding Bonnie from Peacocks for her tenacious defending.
