Coleshill Sunday You Play Netball League – Week 10 Report

Week 10 of the Coleshill Sunday You Play Netball League took place at Coleshill Leisure Centre, with another enjoyable evening of social netball. Teams came together to get active, enjoy their netball and spend time with teammates in the friendly atmosphere the league is all about.

The first game saw Netbusters take on Wingin It. Both teams worked hard throughout the match, with plenty of encouragement and teamwork on display. Wingin It finished with 12 goals to Netbusters’ 6, with both teams enjoying a good run out.

Goal Diggers and Falcons were next on court. Goal Diggers had a strong game and finished with 24 goals, while Falcons scored 2. Despite the difference in score, both teams continued to play in the right spirit, with players supporting each other and enjoying the game.

Phoenix then faced The A Team in another entertaining match. Phoenix finished with 20 goals, while The A Team scored 9. There was plenty of movement and effort from both sides, with the players making the most of their time on court.

A special mention goes to Angela Waterhouse from The A Team, who was named Most Valued Player of the week. Angela impressed with her enthusiasm, movement around the court and positive attitude throughout the game. Well done, Angela.

As we head into Week 11, we look forward to welcoming everyone back for another evening of social netball. The Coleshill Sunday league is all about getting active, meeting people, enjoying the game and building confidence in a friendly and welcoming environment.
