Play in the Birmingham Sunday you play netball league

Greetings to our vibrant netball community! It was indeed an enjoyable evening of social netball at Coleshill Leisure Centre this past Sunday. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming as we gathered for Week 5 of our season. Players of all experience levels took to the court, demonstrating their love for the sport and the camaraderie that makes our club so special.

Our first match saw the Falcons and Goal Diggers sharing the court. The game was a display of excellent teamwork and commitment. The Falcons ended the game with a score of 13-3, but the score didn't tarnish the sprightly energy of the Goal Diggers. Both teams cheered each other on, fostering an atmosphere of sportsmanship and positivity.

Up next, Wingin It encountered Netbusters in a game that was nothing short of enjoyable. Both teams played in high spirits, with Wingin It finishing with a score of 20-2. The Netbusters, despite the score, kept their spirits high and the smiles never left their faces.

The A Team and Phoenix showcased an equally exciting game. The enthusiasm and sheer joy of playing were evident on the court. Phoenix ended the game with a score of 23-7, but the A Team's inspiring commitment was a sight to behold.

A special mention goes out to our Most Valued Player of the week, Frankie Greenidge from Phoenix. Frankie's enthusiasm was contagious and his movement around the court, seamless. Both teammates and opponents appreciated his positive contribution to the game.

As we look forward to Week 6, we extend a warm invitation to all for another evening of friendly social netball. We're not just about keeping active, but also about meeting new people and developing our netball skills in a supportive environment. So here's to another fantastic week of Back to Netball. See you all next week!
