Coleshill Sunday Netball League Delivers Another Exciting Week of Action!

The fifth week of the exciting Coleshill Sunday Netball League brought another enjoyable round of matches in the league. The games highlighted the effort, teamwork, and sportsmanship shown by all teams on court.

In a strong performance, Goal Diggers secured a 12–4 win against Falcons. While the result didn’t go their way, Falcons showed great determination throughout, with Jo Watkeys standing out for her effort and consistency. Her contribution earned her the well-deserved most valued player of the week award.

Another standout fixture saw Wingin It deliver a confident performance against Netbusters, coming away with a 23–2 win. Their teamwork and organisation were evident, though Netbusters continued to show commitment and resilience across the match.

The third game provided a closely contested encounter between The A Team and Phoenix. Phoenix edged the match 9–7 in a competitive and well-fought game, with both teams showing great spirit.

As we look ahead to next week, the league continues to build nicely, with teams developing and improving each round. Players and supporters alike can look forward to more enjoyable matches, positive performances, and continued recognition of individual efforts like Jo Watkeys’.
