Coleshill Sunday night netball - end of season

The Coleshill season will be ending slightly earlier than planned due to some changes within the league, with new teams joining and Fearless sadly leaving. Medals will be sent out to this season’s winners, Wingin It, and runners-up, Thou Shalt Not Pass — well done to both teams on a great campaign.

Please also note that going forward, league play will now run for an extra half an hour, with new timings of 6:30pm – 8:30pm.

A huge thank you to Wingin It — our original league team — for their continued support and for helping welcome new teams and players this season. Your support has been greatly appreciated.

In another enjoyable week of the Coleshill Sunday Netball league, teams put on some strong performances as the season reached its halfway point. The standard of play has been high, with plenty of competitive but good-spirited matches taking place on court.

The evening got underway with Goal Diggers claiming a 13–8 win over Wingin It. Goal Diggers showed great teamwork and focus throughout the match, making the most of their chances. Wingin It battled hard and showed plenty of determination, keeping the game competitive right to the final whistle.

Elsewhere, Thou Shalt Not Pass recorded a confident 15–6 victory against The A Team. Despite the result, The A Team had some positive moments, with Cat Millichamp delivering an excellent performance. Her energy, movement, and accuracy stood out, earning her the Most Valued Player of the Week award.

Thou Shalt Not Pass impressed with their solid defence and quick passing game, controlling the match well and continuing to show why they are one of the standout teams in the league.

As the Coleshill Sunday Netball league reaches the midpoint of the season, the competition remains open and exciting. With strong performances across all teams and players continuing to shine each week, the remainder of the season promises plenty more great netball.
